Our Programs
ICCS provides hospitals with the technical expertise and manpower support needed to run an effective, accreditation-ready infection control program — without the cost or delay of building an in-house department from scratch.
We offer five core programs, each adaptable to your facility's size, accreditation timeline, and existing infection control maturity.
1. Standard Program (with ICN support)
Designed for hospitals building a foundational infection control framework. Includes Infection Control Nurse (ICN) support, policy development, and routine surveillance to establish consistent infection prevention practices across departments.
2. Comprehensive Program (with ICN support)
A deeper engagement for hospitals pursuing or maintaining NABH accreditation. Combines ICN support with structured audits, staff training, and documentation aligned to accreditation standards.
3. Infection Preventionist Support Program
Ongoing access to a CBIC-certified Infection Preventionist for hospitals that need expert guidance on demand — outbreak response, policy review, or staff consultation — without a full-time hire.
4. Quarterly Infection Control Audits (Clinical Establishment Act, 2024)
The Clinical Establishment Act, 2024 requires periodic third-party infection control audits for regulated facilities. ICCS conducts these quarterly audits independently, providing the documentation hospitals need to stay compliant and accreditation-ready.
5. Environmental Surveillance Culture Testing
Structured surface, water, and air culture sampling across OT, Cathlab/Endoscopy, ICU, Dialysis, Wards, and CSSD — including biological and chemical sterilization indicators (autoclave, ETO), dialysis and drinking water testing, and endotoxin testing. Results are documented on standardised test request forms for audit-ready traceability.
Need something different? We also build customised programs based on a facility assessment of your current infection control gaps.
